This Privacy Policy explains how 1More ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the 1More mobile application and related services. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, profile details, and (for coaches) certifications and availability. We also collect information automatically, such as device identifiers, app usage, and approximate location when you enable it.

When you book or pay through the Service, payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve the Service, match customers with coaches, process payments, send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications, provide support, and maintain safety and security.

4. How We Share Information

We share information between matched customers and coaches as needed to deliver the Service, with service providers (such as hosting and payments) under contract, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage many settings in the app or contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
